Boosting Auditor Credibility through a Review System
As a product designer, I undertook the challenge of designing a robust and user-friendly feedback system for a freelance auditing platform app. The main goal was to create a seamless process where auditors could request feedback or reviews from their clients efficiently. This case study outlines the problem, the design process, and the final solution that enhances user experience and promotes effective communication between auditors and clients.
1. Problem Identification:
The freelance auditing platform lacked a structured and convenient feedback system, leading to communication inefficiencies and delayed reviews. The absence of a streamlined feedback mechanism resulted in the following issues:
